We’re so sure you’ll love our nootropics bottle products, we offer a 60 day satisfaction guarantee. If after daily use of your nootropics as directed on the label until the container is empty, you’re not happy with the product or results, all you need to do is send us an email and we’ll make it right. You have 60 days after we have sent the product, to request a return.

I don’t think it’s working

Before requesting a refund, you should take your nootropics as directed on the label until the container is empty. Assess your results but please note that for best results, all supplements should be used in conjunction with a healthy lifestyle, including a healthy diet and regular exercise. Please also note that refunds are only given on one container – if you open more than one container of the same product you cannot claim a refund on the additional containers. If you have any questions, our customer service team is on hand and always happy to chat.

How our Warranty, Returns & Exchanges work

If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, all you need to do is get in touch with our customer service team and they’ll do their best to make it right, every time.

To ensure your satisfaction, we have made it easy to return product for a refund, exchange product or receive an "In House Credit".

Product Returns

The guarantee applies for all first time purchasers of an initial order of product, It does not apply to an individual's additional product orders placed after an initial order. Limit one (1) guarantee per product, per household. 

To qualify you must return to us all unused product and containers and the receipt you will have received with your order back to our specified location. Please email hello (at) simplynootropics.com. Any claim must be submitted within 60 days of delivery. This gives you time to use a whole container and assess your results. Please note this excludes bundle products, and we will only accept returns from purchases made on www.simplynootropics.com.au Our refund does not apply to in-store or third party sellers, you must contact their customer service department.

  1. To claim your refund, YOU MUST FIRST email hello (at) simplynootropics.com 
  2. Any claim must be submitted within 60 days of the order date. This gives you time to use a our product and assess your results properly
  3. You must supply your full name, address and order number
  4. You must supply a photo of your item/s prior to shipping so we can assess the condition and confirm if any products are unopened and in their original condition.
  5. You must use a courier service that requires a signature for delivery. We cannot refund you for items that are not returned to us or are lost in the mail.
  6. Return the empty and unused portion of your product, along with the original invoice (place it inside the box) to ensure proper handling.
  7. Any and all shipping costs are non-refundable.
  8. You will be refunded minus internal shipping and handling costs.

 Please note your guarantee comes into effect on the day your product is shipped from our fulfilment centre and expires 60 days after the shipped date.

Exchange Procedure

  1. To initiate an exchange, YOU MUST FIRST email hello (at) simplynootropics.com to discuss our 60 days exchange options.
  2. We offer a 60 days exchange program.
  3. If you are not completely satisfied with our product(s), you may request that we send another quality product in “exchange” for it with free shipping.
  4. All exchanges are final, and cannot be refunded after an exchange has been completed.

Limit one (1) exchange per product, per household. 

In House Credit Procedure

  1. To initiate a inhouse credit, YOU MUST FIRST email hello (at) simplynootropics.com to discuss our your options.
  2. We offer a 60 days inhouse credit program.
  3. Instead of an exchange, An In House Credit is a credit held on your account to be applied towards a future purchase of your choice.
  4. In House Credits can be redeemed on our online store. Please email customer service if you need help to to apply your In House Credits to your new order.
  5. In House Credits can be applied towards newly launched products.
  6. In House Credits do not cover shipping costs or sales tax.
  7. In House Credits must be redeemed within 1 year of date of issue.
  8. All In House Credits are final which includes returning the product for a financial refund and orders that are redeemed using an In House Credit.

Non-consumable products:

For non-consumable products like our blue light glasses, journals or any other biohacking goods that are non consumables, please note that you’ll need to get them back to us and cover the shipping cost (but we’re happy to reimburse up to $10 of shipping with a Simply Nootropics store credit). Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging, and in ‘as new’ condition. You must provide a photo of your item/s prior to shipping so we can assess the condition.

Damages and issues:

The only exception to our above guarantees, is if the product(s) has been deemed faulty. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

The guarantee is only provided to individuals (who are consumers as defined in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 - New Zealand) and we reserve the right to refuse a refund if our conditions have not been met (or if we determine (at our sole discretion) that a request for a refund is part of an orchestrated campaign to abuse our refund policy or is being abused in any way).
